Shipping Order:

Wholesalefashionyetts.com ships within the United States and Internationally.

Shipping Rates:

Currently, we are only shipping through UPS. Shipping rates will be estimated during checkout. After the total weight of your complete order has been confirmed, the shipping charge will be adjusted. Depending on the weight of your order, the shipping charge may be more or less than your estimated quote.

Military & P.O. Box Addresses:

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Packages:

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

How to Order Online:

From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list.  Check a color and size and then click on “Add to Shopping Bag”.

Phone Order:

We are not accepting Phone/Fax Orders at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Mail order:

We are not accepting Phone/Fax Orders at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

International Order:

We are able to process orders from anywhere outside of U.S. with provided shipping company and pre-paid typically, wire transfer, before shipment.  You will receive order confirmation via email before shipment.

Order Status:

When your order has been received and you have provided us with valid e-mail address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail.  If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by clicking ”My Account” and logging in with your user ID and password and then clicking on “View the orders I have made” under “My Orders”.

Modify or Cancel Order:

Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 20% cancellation fee once order confirmation is received. If you did not receive an Order Confirmation e-mail or Shipping Confirmation, please contact us immediately for assistance at (213) 765-8006 or info@wholesalefashionyetts.com.

Cut Off Time:

Cut off time for orders on Mondays is 12:00pm PST
Cut off time for orders on days other than Monday is 2:00pm PST (However, time is subject to change at anytime. Please call Customer Service for further questions/concerns regarding your order and shipment.)
Depending on the volume of the orders it will take 1-2 business days to ship our your order, except for expedited.

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Wholesalefashionyetts.com! To make an exchange or return an online purchase please refer to the below procedures.  Please remember that return and exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through www.wholesalefashionyetts.com.

Online Purchase Return Policy:

A. RETURNS
Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order deivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES' PACKAGING. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

*Yetts will not issue a return authorization for damages and claims AFTER indicated dates*

B. NO REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available - only store credit is available. Refunds will not be issued. All sales of items marked as "SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information:

• Company Name
• Address
• Invoice Number
• Style Number
• Quantity & Color
• Reason for Return

All return pakages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Please note again, “sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.
