Shipping Rates:

We have an estimated shipping calculator at checkout to provide you with the best possible shipping quote. Please note that this cost is an estimate and at times the delivery cost ends up being more than quoted but not always. When shipped, if there is any difference between what was charged and the actual shipping and handling cost, it will be refunded back to you or we will add it to your shipping charge. Your invoice will display what was actually charged for the shipping and handling.

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address for us to provide you with the most accurate quote.

Shipping Information:

It is a customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided on the order; Your order may be delayed if the wrong shipping address is provided. we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice.

Military & P.O. Box Addresses:

Due to shipper restrictions, shipping is not available for APO/FPO P.O. Box addresses.

Tracking Packages:

A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account with a tracking number.

How to Order Online:

From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list.  Check a color and size and then click on “Add to Shopping Bag”.

Phone Order:

We are not accepting Phone/Fax Orders at this time. We do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

Mail order:

International Order:

We are able to process orders from anywhere outside of U.S. with provided shipping company and pre-paid typically, wire transfer, before shipment.  You will receive order confirmation via email before shipment.

Order Status:

When your order has been received and you have provided us with valid e-mail address, you will receive an Order Confirmation via e-mail.  If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status by clicking ”My Account” and logging in with your user ID and password and then clicking on “View the orders I have made” under “My Orders”.

Modify or Cancel Order:

Due to our efforts ensure that you received your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.  However, should you cancel the order, it is subject to 20% cancellation fee if the order is in "processing" status. We do not accept cancellation via email (due to the response time require and possibility of miscommunication). Cancellation of an order must ne confimred and verified by calling us directly at (213) 765-8006

Cut Off Time:

Orders requires 1-2 business days for processing (subject to conditions). Business days are justified as being Monday-Friday only. Cut off time or orders on days is 3:30pm. (however, time is subject to change at anytime). All expedited orders must be placed by 11:30AM Pacific Standard Time in order for it to be shipped the same day.

*Returns & Exchanges*

Thank you for shopping at Wholesalefashionyetts.com! To make an exchange or return an online purchase please refer to the below procedures.  Please remember that return and exchange Policy described below is only applicable to online purchases made through www.wholesalefashionyetts.com.

 

Online Purchase Return Policy:

A. RETURNS
Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 3 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order deivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES' PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Customers will assume return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.

B. NO REFUND POLICY
Refunds are not available - only store credit is available. Refunds will not be issued.  Shoes, handbags and "Hot Deals" are FINAL SALE. All sales of items marked as "SALE" or have been discounted are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return

All return pakages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Please note again, “sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.
